New Delhi: Indian mobile carrier Aircel Ltd backed by Malaysian billionaire T Ananda Krishnan has filed for bankruptcy saying high debt and mounting losses, following a price war triggered by a new entrant, have led the company to troubled times. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	DBS... Having pulled back to her 20-ema, she can either rebound from here and resume her uptrend OR hover at just above her 20-ema and then break below it to test her 50-ema. If her price action is that of an intraday higher high and higher low and breaking the Last High to show us a New High just like she did when she rose from $25.03 to $29.71, then she is resuming her uptrend and it is time to BUY. A failure to break her Last High to make New Highs means she may want to break below her 20-ema to continue her pullback towards the 50-ema first. We saw her price action when she rose after her results to touch $29.71. So we have the benefit of knowing how she will run when she is running.  This is her Intraday 5-Minute Chart... Clearly, she didnt do an intraday higher high higher low.  And her price action is still that of a lower high lower low. Her Last High was $28.59 and Last Low was $28.18. On Monday, we watch whether she goes lower than $28.18 and higher than $28.59.

I am writing this for newbies and for those who just came into the market not long ago and are not doing too well and still trying to figure out how to do better in this game. Here goes. To do well in this game, you must go where the money is. And the money is in stocks which move. UP or DOWN, as long as a  stock moves,  you can profit from its movement. A stock moves for 2 reasons. One is becoz there is a monkey in the stock. Figure  out which way the monkey  is going - UP or DOWN. Then join him. And you have a winner. Another reason why stocks move is  becoz  even when there is no monkey in  the driver' s seat, its wide following of fans consisting of fund managers, institutional investors,  retail  investors and retail traders  will constantly buy or sell and that creates volatility in the stock. And volatility is what traders thrive on.  Volatility drives  stocks up and down. And this opens up windows of opportunities to trade and profit from a stock' s movement. It is said that 90% of traders lose money. And most newbies lose money. I think most people started off in the stock market by losing  money first.  After that then they start to make money.  But some are still losing money. Dont make the mistake that most newbies make.  And which is they  want to make alot of money within a very short time using very little money. So they play pennys and micro-pennys.  And that' s where the monkey  makes a monkey out of them. Monkeys feed on the greed and impatience of traders who play pennys and  micro-pennys in big lots where the odds  are stacked heavily against traders. For every 10 rounds you play, you make maybe 1 round. But  that 1 win cannot pay for your other 9 losses.  So if you want to be successful in this game, dont play pennys and micro-pennys. Stick to  blue chips. If you have the capital, you can take on  the big blues. If not, go for the cheaper ones which are trading at $1.00 to $5.00. In this game, you lose money only when you cut loss. So if you can find a way to play this game without having to cut loss, when you  have  a good trade, you collect profits. When you have a not-so-good trade, you dont have to cut to take a loss. You only need to hold till the stock  reverse direction and come back to your level. So trade only stocks which have the ability to make a comeback when they fall. Pennys and  micro  pennys cannot do that. When they fall, they very often fall and fall and then stop falling and lie there motionless. And if you are still  holding the  stock by then, you will get back very little of your capital when you eventually give up all hope and cut your positions. So trade  only stocks which  have the ability to recover when they are done with falling. Becoz when they have recovered to your entry price, all the  paper losses will disappear  and you are back in the game. Find out which stocks fall into this category and trade only them. Those I know are the following: DBS UOB  OCBC City Developments SIA SGX SingTel Capitaland Wilmar ST Engrg Ascendas REIT Suntec REIT CapitaComm Trust CapitaMall Trust When you BUY these stocks, dont buy all at one go. Unless you are so impeccable in your timing that you have the uncanny ability to always buy at the low or  just before a stock hits the bottom and U-Turn. Space out your BUYs and start buying when a stock has been falling for a long time and is trading at her Low Tide near a known strong support or long term support. Spacing out your BUYs gives you the ability to average down and put you in a better position to profit from any intermittent rebound meantime. You can do this buying in instalments if your army is large and you can keep buying. But if you have a small army and you can buy only once or twice, then what you do not have, which is a large capital base, you must make up for it by having more. And which is a tremendous  amount of ability to  resist itch - the itch to buy. Which usually, you tend to buy much too early. If you have just started out in this game and your army is the size of one Platoon, then you cant do a BUY ON THE WAY DOWN. You will have to resist your itchy fingers and patiently wait for the stock to U-Turn to do a BUY ON THE WAY UP. Hope this helps somewhat.

Discussions are also underway with a key vendor to keep its network running and preserve the company?s value, said two people familiar with the developments. ?As a service company, Aircel?s customers and employees are at the heart of the company?s value,? one person said. If the network falters, the company ? burdened with debt of Rs 15,500 crore ? will lose customers and employees and its value will erode.
