I then explained that this may not be true as MW only has 10% of the shares as compared to the top 20 shareholders which include me which make up some 20% which is more than MW. I didn' t say that there is any case to take up with the Board. Should there be any case in future, the top 20 shareholders including me can jointly take it up with the Board.  As currently,  there is no case. I didn' t want to spell out too clearly in my past comments. as I had mentioned, they incur monies snapping those shares, it' s a calculated risk and they know they   can make it back anyhow (rarely at the interest of minority shareholders), which you already pointed out a possibility below... If MW is not worried, then why do the retailers who bought the shares before the announcement has to worry?  I still don' t quite see your logic of what you have just said

I think even at 0.009, 0.008, will also think twice.. at the moment, not only those who bought 0.01 will be worried. Those who have bought at 0.009 and 0.008 are equally worried even though they are having paper gain now..
