x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think this company has seen its heydays already. In the past, it had a monopoly of the utilities market in Singapore. Now no longer. In the past, its smaller porfolio of utilities subsidiaries abroad did reasonably well and better as compared to now. In the past, its return on equity and debt levels were at superior levels as compared to now. I would consider this company as passé . There are better technology/utilities companies out there on SGX and even beyond our shares. Those who are interested can deploy their capital there instead, or else wait for this to appreciate, if ever, to the heights that it once traded at ($3, $4, $5. and beyond).

Market is very bad and many counters drop to new low but sembcorp holding up very well. Should buy when price is weaken otherwise it will just climp to new high after demerger.$2 should be no problem in coming weeks. On the other hand those who keep buying sembmarine as price hit all time low will be keep losing money.never buy a company share when it keep going to new low. you will bankrupt in no time.
