Based on FED current interest rate of 5.25%, SingTel is worth at least 15 cents / 5.25% = $2.86. As FED will be cutting rates to 4.5% by year end, SingTel is worth at least 15 cents / 4.5% = $3.33. When FED cuts interest rate to 3.5% in 2025, SingTel is worth at least 15 cents / 3.5% = $4.2
