Venture go 30 because E.C project. This project too huge for every CM. Price drop also this due to initial project hard to MP on last year. However, new generation project of E.C also good to MP because they got experience for this. New EC Kick off soon = Sales up. If you confident, then keep buy. If not, just leave ========================================================================================= All the logic is there, if you are thinking from funds perspective. I am not going to list the why and why. Everything made sense from the drop from $30 to $13, and the rise back to $19. And the very very important drop from $19 to $14. Is there logic? Not to burst your bubble but majority of their revenue is coming from Asia and none of the asian countries are booming in light of the virus. Fundamentally how to justify continued topline growth? With cost of moving productions around, idle production in China, etc cost will continue to creep up. So fundamentally to say it is not impacted by the virus is not true. But that is just my opinion.

Good outlook and fundamentals, hardly impacted but a beneficiary of both corona virus and trade war, supply chain unhindered, growth in the midst of many faltering sti components and very very cheap valuation with high and stable dividend payout. Therefore while funds are finding places to safely park their money after mass selling many sti components, venture looks strong and steady. Amidst the current rolling bear market, venture looks like it is ready to break into a new 6 months high. |
