Many moons ago I said avoid this beer & indeed it went lower for the next 3 months. If we see 0.63 or 0.64 in July or August can try our luck. If one is not sure will get down there or you are more keen to drink this bear earlier then up to you lor, your money ma if pay 1 cents more ok with you, then by all mean key in order at 0.65. See below chart : Whenever prices move up(white candles) its volumes(green histograms) is much higher than whenever price move lower(black candles) during correction its volumes(dotted rectangles) is much lower than those up days volume.  The explaination is that the bulk of the buyers are holdings to their longs and not getting out during correction and these buyers and new buyers added this stock during further up moved. This volume patterns repeated many times as can see in below chart. With this idea on reading volume one will have the confident to hold longs for a longer period to maximise your potential gains. It will also provide one the confident to average up on winning positions when one can read the market players correctly. Something I myself do if one read my adding of ISDN during its run up. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Keppel Corp - Monthly Chart Yet to break out of its 3 year downtrend line dated back Jan 2018(shaded 1) When new on SCM was announced I thought can buy KC at 5.43, looking back luckily I didnt get it that day though it went up briefly and has since came back down. For those vested or keen on KC take note that chart wise it has not turnaround, watch downtrend line connected by 3 previous highs, a break(the higher the volume the better) above would be positive and signal a change in trend. Upward pointing green arrow simply means if stock price is above it will be uptrending and red arrow pointing downward means prices will continue to stay in its downtrend below the trendline. Buying before a break out is jumping the gun, what if the deal between Keppel O & M and SCB doesnt go through? Butter of course buying early means getting a cheaper price, buy after breakout means getting in at a higher price, well high risk high reward, low rish low reward. Let the price action tell us more, respect prices, weak means weak, strong means strong, how we feel or think can be bias. If I dont see higher high higher low means no uptrend, if keep see lower high and lower low means downtrend, now I see sideway consolidation to a downward bias. Short term trading is altogether another matter i.e. buy at 5.10 and sell at 5.20 also good liao, my comments is more for position trading or slightly longer period, can be weeks or months. Not all this years top 3 performed the best in the last week still commendable for Aim Apac and ParkwayLife reits to be gaining another 3.28% and 2.8% respectively. Fraser Logistice however did exceptionlly well gaining another 4.19% making it to the  2nd best performance last week. Keppel DC the worse performer did best gaining 4.87%, still year to date is not great. Mapletree Logistic didnt do too badly +3.4% for 3rd place last week. All these comparison hopefully can help reits investor chose a right choice of reits after taking consideration into dividends payout where Ascendas and FLCT are higher yielding reits. One can see the downtrend line connecting highs of 1 and 2 shaded area has been broken at shaded area 3, it is now flirting above it for a few months which is also somewhat disappointing, nevetheless it hasnt rule out the possibility of further upmove as the break out is still in place as long as prices does not go back down below the downtrend line. Longs just have to beware. I wish things are so easy always wins and no losses. I guess the next result reporting will determine which way it wanna go, afterall technical and fundmental have to go hand in hand for good move. Just have to wach closely.  All the bre@st.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	BANKS - Weekly Charts High/Low/Closed DBS - 30.88 / 29.18/ 29.66 + 1.6%(from low) / -3%(using hi of 30.60) UOB - 26.85 / 25.31 / 25.74 + 1.7% / -4$ from high OCBC - 12.60 / 11.72 / 11.91 + 1.6% / -7% from high DBS continue to be the leader and actually made new high of 30.88 but in comparison I am using its previous high of 30.60 during similar period of high by other banks. OCBC underperformed in a 3 races banks in recents ups and downs. Cheers

We heard or read about inflation concerned, tech bubbles, overvalued stocks, higher interest rate to now slower growth, China crack down blah blah and what happen to all major US indices, UPs near all time high. 10 year yield went DOWN. And as I said in the Riverstone post, all NOISES, if one hear or read something and  repeat them to others, others worried or happy depending on their positions, therefore we see so many buys/sells. Good for brokerage houses to  make money from all these trades due to short term views and speculations. Where in facts every stock has one high and one low for a long time before it changes, butter then if like that brokerage houses got no business if all players so smart and long term, only one buy and one sell for each stock of futures contract for each player, we also dun have capital gain for a long time, only dividends to collect for the real investors. We are all in the market to confuse one another is the natural order of things, so we can have short term windfall. Perhaps the reason our views are of shorter and shorter time frame as time goes by, every cycle is getting shorter some echo to me, u heard before? Haha, weekend very free so write long story again.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Riverstone : Weekly Chart Current bias - Neutral to bullish My take : $1.52 - Sell a failure or buy a break.                 $1.15 - Buy a bounce or sell a break. In between 1.15 and 1.52 is neither bullish nor bearish, I would say near 1.15 is neutral to bullish area and near 1.52 is neutral to bearish area. Only when a break out happen either way then its a sign of bearishness or bullishness because a lower low or a higher would have been registered. One can make money trading within this range while it is consolidating. Those bears can tell you that pandemic is over when the world is inoculated, those bulls will tell you the demand for glove is still strong during endemic and how fast delta variants will spread. Those who knows the company better will know that cleanroom gloves has better margin, or they have good management team, now at least this is sound investing. You know what? If our positions is losing money means whatever we know is not useful and trading sucks, if our position make money means whatever we know and do is correct lor. Your own position is the only truth. I just read what the price chart say,  so, follow my chart to reduce our biasnesssof course chart can be wrong too if read incorrectly by me, i.e. false break, similar to fundamentals if read wrongly, i.e...Top Glove released good results and good dividends, people talked about that before its release and stay long, what happened after released, continue to trend lower. Will the same happen when Riverstone releases its results, lets see. Before that it may run up right? And then sell on news? Familiar? Unless the result is exceptionally above expectation. Otherwise most news we read are all old news because the market is forward looking. Some will say " neutral" means no view and also means dunno, my friend " neutral" is a view too, and I am neutral to bullish at these price  on Riverstone. Considering to buy on pull back. And some will ask why didnt buy yesterday, well well, yesterday after break out didnt pull back much ma. Then next question is why so low(1.16) already dont buy, well well, hasnt bounce how to know that low is supported, low can go lower le...nevermind enough of ownself talk ownself answer...neverending also... The only reason I am following it is because I had seen its stock price outperformaing other glove or pandemic related stocks. In the future can outperform or not I also dunno know because I am not running its business ma so how to know le. If tech stock or Nasdaq burst one day, how will it affect cleanroom gloves and its profitability? Anyway maybe by then we already bought and sold no more position lor. In the meantime just trade and see can make money or not, everything else we hear or know are mostly noises with a few facts though, what were facts and what were noises only you yourself decide what it is, tio bo?
