May reporting period  AEM fly back to 3.7x. 
I just quote with data with and info, 
1) semicon industry = brighter many industries peer report better result.
2) court case = -20 million to be paid spread cross to next year.
3) AI expected to boom, benefitting industries
conclusion : DBS maintian hold target 3.34 (previously 2.00)

This aviod the problem of another disagreement in future which is good moving forward
Nagetive side is simple la, 20m off the book.
Given the split in payment, I think AEM will still be in profit with strong cash of more than 120 million,
The chief seems to be confident on their upcoming performace and that might be the reason he wanna end it quick,
to fully capitalised on the new boom cycle for the semicon on AI demand.
