Now, as it become common and Oil prices is rising to KrisEnergy benefits, many investors may think it is time to accumulate this stock, irregardless of what FR wants to do. It's their own investment strategy or policies to unload KrisEnergy but not because of any adverse report on KrisEnergy itself. Coming q4 results will be important to shows how it progress with the current high oil prices than the past few quarters. Vested. Dyodd. 201huat!

It also waited for high of 11cts instead of letting go while at below 10cts, hahaha. Probably going to scare contra and short term players again, and let the waves be back in the game till Q4 results out, then we can see where the next level will be. Dyodd. Vested.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I did not know about the cost cutting in analyst covering SME.   Yes, i totally agreeds that the devils are in the details and unsaid (unreported).   The way i see it, this is an opportunity to make a name for whichever analyst who are willing to make a call.   Looking at the.numbers and various reports for the past 1year plus and taking into consideration on the physchology of the new management,  IMO, Q4 will be a good qtr. And with the Iranian scare at the starts of the year where people are calling for US$100 oil price, kris probably got a good price for the immediate few months of oil they are going to produce as well

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' m not sure if you are aware, MIFID II and the decline in commissions have resulted in drastic cutbacks in the number of analysts covering small and mid-caps stocks in SGX. The champions of small caps like UOB Kay Hian, CIMB Securities and RHB Securities have significantly cut back staffing. Many of the analysts are very young (and therefore relatively cheap), 2 to 3 years out of school. Some of the research reports are paid. We rarely read the fine-print so we don' t know which are paid research. Paid research are not always bad. At least we have a base to start with. But even unpaid research may be biased by whatever is happening behind the scenes. Finally, the very catastrophe buy or sell calls by some of these small cap analysts have left many of us doubting the quality of research reports. Doing our own DD is difiicult for many because many are not trained in accounting or investment analysis. There are also accounting peculiar to a certain industry. For instance, certain expense can be capitalized - meaning these expense items don' t show up in the P& L. Very few people focus on the cashflow statements. Higher oil price, means higher valuation and more interest.  At this high oil price all the oil producing countries are probably making more $ althought they are pumping less oil.  The hedge funds would have also  reversed their oil hedge (noticed the steep gradient in oil price chart).  So ya, Kris is probably out of the woods and deserved a re-rating to hold or accumulate.  IMHO DYODD.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Back to 113 but retraced back to unchanged at 111. Another period of consolidation but volume appears higher that the previous consolidation period below 10c. Frustrating for the bulls. We will have to wait for 4Q results next month but my feeling is the stock will move up to the 13c handle post results and consolidate for yet another quarter.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Let me guess the series of events that  i " wish" is  going to happen. 1) Shares price of kris starts to steadily goes up end of Jan 2) The abscence of FR selling  prompted buying from investors due to the  worry that there is no more cheaper shares from FR and they might miss the boat. 3) Shorts on borrowed scripts starts to redeem and reversed positions, fueling the rise. 4) Results out with good profit and good guidance by the CEO/Chairman 5) Re-rating by the institutions to accumulate or buy, citing improved oil price, better selling price, disposal of lost making assets, re-valuation(up) of current assets due to higher oil price, the favourable resolving of the combodia oil block,...etcs. ......................................... ...... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Expenses and costs are all factored in past balance sheet and P&L.Which is why results for past quarters were bad and losing money. Even if now, these expenses maintain at same level, the difference that is obviously to be considered now, is Oil prices in the past and current, and the future. Only the coming results and mot's statement for the near future will tell us more what's next to expect. No use trying to talk down the stock while it is already at the lows from previous highs beaten down due to Oil crisis and losses incurred. If any negative news, we will hear from the Feb results, best way to get the factual situation. Vested, dyodd.
