Yuuzoo now : 14.3 cts
Can go even lower.... As not sure how they maintain their expenses....with "non cash revenue" Issue more shares ? lglg entry price : above 18.2 cts (a lot a lot of lots.....) Ok, now i can understand why lglg bad mood. But even mood bad must still have some class. |

For weeks, this counter has " someone" placing millions of shares few pips above asking price. Objective not yet met, havent fully drawn down GEM $$. I guess there will be another placement of shares within this month. So don' t bother to trade this counter until mid Feb for FY result play BUT MUST SELL 1 day after results is announced. Dyodd |

Everytime b4 result..bbs will pump....will this happen again in this 1 month long black out period (feel sgx should remove this rule)....but always rem...after result..it always drop more...trade with extra care and paper money only since rev and profit are non cash | ||

Shareholders of YuuZoo overwhelmingly voted against giving executive chairman Thomas Zilliacus stock options at a discount. During a special general meeting held on Thursday, some 92.47 per cent of voting shares quashed the proposal, which would have allowed Mr Zilliacus to grant options for up to 1.5 million shares in the company, at an exercise price that would represent up to 20 per cent discount to the market price. Mr Zilliacus and other major shareholders abstained from the vote, so his fate was determined by minority shareholders. It' s game over already. But I still hope they pump and dump. waiting for opportunity to short. No shame? still wanna buy own shares at discount time after time. |

The bbs will not spend their own cash $ to push up.
On the contrary, they have so many "tickets" they want to cash out . If they push up, no retail interest, all stuckists from 1.46 to 1.90 (no need to even mention those stucked for years at 19 cts and above) WILL RUSH to exit (cash) out .... Bbs will suffer big losses.... So what should bbs do ? Dump to new lows at 10 cts or below to wash away all those stuckists..(e.g. lglg holding at 18.2 cts a lot...) .. then re-strategize see how it goes Only when big washing done, resistance will not be as strong.... when trying to pushing up.... If bbs dont big wash and push up now, big big resistance . |
