As such, he is effectively paying $0.003/4 more in order to get the free piggyback warrants. Even if he were bullish on TM' s future prospects, buying and keeping the mother shares would suffice if he was looking for future price appreciation. It is interesting to note that by exercising the bonus warrants (and this is my own conjecture, so DYODD), he sees potential value in the piggyback warrants. Go figure.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	TM share price in the doldrums prior to expiry of bonus warrants because there were many holders who were exercising the warrants and selling the mother shares to recycle their funds.  So there was a situation where there were many sellers waiting to unload their shares.  Therefore, no reason to push price when one can collect them at $0.076/7. After expiry date of bonus warrants, new ball game altogether. Especially if billions of bonus warrants are allowed to lapse leaving only a very small proportion of holders of piggyback warrants.  Then again, we may also end up with a big holder of the piggyback warrants when the dust has settled. Obviously the shareholding structure of the piggyback warrants will have a major implication on future price movements.
