x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Does it mean there are covenents within this put option such that if the operating metrics of SJR is below a certain value, then the put option can be cancelled by Emas and Emas can take over SJR for $1? Then I can only assume that either the cost of getting SJR to qualify for the put option is much more than $43m or the creditors deem the risk that Emas might not be able to honor the put option too high, thus Perisai' s creditors decided to bail ship on the contract? If Emas do take over SJR for $1, then I assume there is still certain value within that enterprise. If not, why spend that $1 and be liabile for 100% of the debt in SJR when right now its only at 49%?
