U get back 80% , close to 100% if u keep ESR reit for 10 years and ESR Reits is much safer than Asian TV and has potential for share price to appreciate once it' s merger with Viva trust bear fruits. At least with ESR Reit, u know if u wait 10 years, u can get back almost ur capital solely based on dividend, not forgetting u may have capital gain if share price chiong. Compared to AsianTV where there is a very significant risk that it' s huge debt may bankrupt it. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	no one can tell the answer with full certainty as to whether it will rise or fall, so dont expect a fortune teller bro to tell u whether to hold or sell, if not they would be millionaire and not spend time talking here.. stock market is not 1+1=2.. stocks can go up or down for no reason at all.. we cannot tell what is the future positive or negative news that are coming, but for this counter, fundamentally wise at current i think many bros had alr advised and is negative abt it.. who knows maybe some crazy trader decide to push the price way up, or short till no eyes to see.. no one knows for sure
