x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	U got the point .....selling assets n maximising capital for better growth is half the story .... the other half has to lower yr cost TRIM FATS .....they are too many dead wood inside Singtel .....MOON need to be sun ( which is honestly  why I think a FT would be better for a local sleeping giant like this . ( DBS is a great example ) .  So far he has only talk NO action done yet.  ( might be playing time....too slow moving for the speedy telecom industry )  Local large corporation NEED to change / BIG change not small steps as the world has changed.  Comfortdelgo , SPH , even SIA ALL NEED TO WAKE UP ..    I am looking forward to SGX/MAS after talking some nonsense . Dividend per share of 1.1 cents. EPS is 2.4 cents. IFast price is $9++. If total dividend for full year is 3 cents, then dividend yield of 0.3%, much lower than any bank saving interest rate. I will buy more shares of Singtel to earn coming dividend of 2.4 cents apiece by 4 Aug. Short positions was 88M as of closing last Friday, up from 85M. But seemingly, they refused to buy back at low price of 2.20 series but increased short shares during the last week period.  I think Hedge funds are enough smart to test all retailers' weak holdings.
