Good points. Facts have not changed since acquisition announcement. Until funding plans are disclosed, any significant increase in SATs price is artificially pushed up. Best to avoid until more clarity. Otherwise it is likely pump and dump strategy

Mgtm has been quiet.. So take care in trading this counter. Any mtgm update will cause a strong reversal imo. |

We have to be very careful these few days until RI is announced.. Rights Issue shd be announced soon. Rights cant be priced too low as SATS needs a lot of money from Rights issue, They were probably thinking of pricing it between $2.50 to $2.79. But the pricing must be at a good discount from the share price. To price Rights at $2.50, SATS price must be abt $3. Yesterday it went to $2.49. So before announcement of Rights Issue, Shares price must be pumped up to $3. Fundamentally SATS is in a weak position. So after Rights Issue is done., SATS' s price will drop . Just my thoughts. COE went up so high, don' t know can see MP to tell LTA bring down the price? How can COE paper alone cost many time of the OMV ? Our property price also went up so much. Can MP bring down also? 99 years lease HDB selling 1.37million? Last time eat mix vegetable rice cost around $3, now $5-6. I must go see MP tonight. |

Let' s not be too excited about today' s rebound. about 5% increment in a day. Something not right. Likely to retract back and may have queries from SGX. Maybe just some people pump and dump. Don' t get trapped. Market remain very volatile. DYODD. |

Senior mgt has mentioned that loan issue would be known soon ....so I am expecting around first wk of Nov. By then the right issue would also be known ....ratio and price ( currently arrangement shld be on going w banks on this ) Today push up is a clearer indication on justification for the coming right price ( which I have mentioned cld be below 250 ....) HOWEVER the ratio would be a significant issue as the amount of $$ investor have to come out .... (sorry) But I do see SATS price to move back down towards its right price once the right price/ration is announced. Hopefully NO major investor decide to sell from now to then too . It is not tough to guess why ( sorry if the truth is hard ) .....dilution , much heavier debt ( at a high interest rate) , integration cost and issueS. ( settle WFS debt ) Dyodd
