The whole NOL issue is whether there is a take-over ?     1.1.   Yes ---- Then the PRICE?     a) $1.20 or   b) $1.50 or     c) more     1.2.   NO --- Then the PRICE?     a) 90cts or   b) less           or   c) more 2. After that --- Third Party comes in?     2.1.   Yes --- PRICE up again?     2.2.   No --- same as 1.2.  SO depend on which is your individual option.   Mine is still 1.1b/c. That' s why I am holding. But prepare to selling when there other development. I believe whoever say anything here will not affect the price but may only alter individual decision. So if anbody pay safe, don' t enter now. Sell now with cash go into pocket at cheap better than in the future vomit out money to fill nol hole. If CMA walk away, the impact to nol price is very huge. So no matter how temasek will sell to CMA no matter what price, even below NAV.

So do you know you are betting on a unknown takeover price which can be 90 to 1.53, with present price, if there is a deal, this is 50-50% bet. But if with deal or not deal with present price which nol may hit historical price as well which is 70 or lower, so this bet winning rate is as low as 20-80% if CMA choose to walk away and cause the drop. Are you clear what kind of risk you are involving? Undervalued? You are really undervalued the risk involve on this bet. Hahaha!!!! At the end of the day, the nav of nol is the fundamental key point one should be looking at. As Buffet says, buy an undervalue share and over a longer term, it will bring you appreciation when everybody wants to buy into it. Just my 5-cent worth of opinion.
