x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This stock used to be trading around 3.50 in 2018 and most of the time in 2019. Agree that covid 19 has brought it's value down. What's more the sentiments held the price low as a result of constant bashing. However investors do take note the company is asset rich and have more than sufficient cash flow to tide over rough times. Hopefully the gradual lifting of lock down will slowly pump up the prices. In phase 2 we have seen crowds coming back to malls in a controlled manner so this is really a good sign....Let's release the price hold back so that she can naturally bounce back to around 3.50. Read somewhere someone advised to set your price 3.20 so that shorts cannot borrow your stock for short term gains. Whatever it means, see you at 3.50.....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	its  biz strategy over years is a major concerned matter.  Internal hirings too rigid and focus too much on papers. Unlike Keppel Corp, many Capitaland mgmt onboard r govt scholars and too rigid in  sales strategy.    To do well in sales, put dignity aside and put those paper certs aside n compete smart. Take a leaf from City Dev, though mgmt a bit chaos at times  but their sales strategy just enough to hit the sales numbers  timely with right people. When City Dev recognizes sales as most important function in any organization,Capitalland seems too slow to realize that which explains its slow bull charge in its stock price. In such time, I would propose keeping calm and thinking about the fundamentals - Residential market: Singapore property sales recorded 7-year high for the month of June. This could be due to pent-up demand during CB period which underlies that the real estate sector is still resilient - Residential market: In spite of market turbulent, prices of new launches have increased as developers factor in potential higher construction cost. Ability to pass on cost to buyers would provide cushion to any impact on margin - Commercial market (China): Market data signalled a strong recovery. RE sector tends to be the first few sectors to witness a recovery - Commercial market (Singapore): End of CB period has seen return of local foot traffic in Phase 2 Phase 3 would be a good catalyst. Gradual easing of cross-border tourisms with neighbours would expedite recovery as well  - Asset management: Not impacted as this is a recurring fee business based on AUM This is a good company with good fundamentals and governance. Hence many will show some weak numbers More importantly 1) look at the businesses than can recover strongly post lock down and potential to take advantage of the new ways of running business. 2) Relative price compared to the last 6m High and 6m Low. C31 is one which is very attractive from the above criteria. What is more, punters are following closely the developments of phase 3 trials in Canada, Brazil, UK and China. Results are expected to be more on positive side. Once results are published, many will missed the boat
