See how JT horribly is being treated now after reporting its best profit ever? Now think back 2 years ago when JT was doing badly. 2019 eps was MINUS 12.42 fen. If JT can get " punished" so horribly for record-breaking performance now, no surprise at all market why thought heavy loss-making JT was worth 700% less 2 years back. Today, JT' s DMF price stable at 15,500. Its plants should be operating now. The continuous release of JT' s DMF prices during the maintenance suggests JT was probably able to keep selling DMF from stockpiles and accept new customer orders in advance. Last year, q3 eps was 2.86 fen and q4' s was 4.66 fen ( 7.52 fen total ). With much higher DMF prices, this year' s q3+q4 eps likely to add up to 8 fen+ like the 8.07 fen earned in 1H. |

Also remember China' s monetary policy does NOT follow US Fed monetary policy. JT is a Chinese company based in China. Even if Fed hikes interest rate by end 2022, does not mean China will follow. If Fed dares to taper, means US economy has improved and stabilized, so more business coming for Chinese factories. |

Yes, imagine how much higher profits could go if there is a brand new factory selling more MMA to battery makers. Should not sell cheaply for contra traders to reload. Or they can keep sabotaging any share price recovery. |

Hidden buying spotted over last 3-4 days. As mentioned, bbs will only push down near market close to buy on cheap the next day off contra players who can't hold long term. But Friday fed may turn hawkish at Jackson hole so, do be wary as Sep-Oct has always historically been correction mths of 10-20 percent for global mkts. | ||
