When new biz comes up, Ching's experience in obtaining funding would a great help to grow the balance sheet. MC has a patented product registered under Anthony. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thanks for the info. See, you do have info. But I' ll rather watch with an open mind, ie. watch w/o paying. Afterall, if this payment thingy works, it will be a big, big thing but I think the odds are stacked against it. The tech/IT/fintech world is full of companies with billions of dollars and super top brains and anyone without the billions and/or brains stand a very tiny chance of success.

You are long the stock while saying there is a lack of info on the potential of MC Payments, a loss-making company valued at $80m when it is worth $6m based on perhaps Ching and the company know about their potential. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just managed to squeeze 500 lots at 1.9 cents in the morning.    The trading after lunch is in large parcels, and locked at 2 cents, no way to buy below with the queues.  There is consolidation later on, hence, the number of lots is meaningless at this stage.  I think the $28 million by Ching will go to clean out the debts, and options, blah, blah,blah.  The result is a clean balance sheet with little to no debt and $110million equity.    The company starts on a clean slate.  I' m not sure what happened to the $50 million on the sale of Artimedia, anyone knows?  sbscap      ( Date: 06-Nov-2017 17:20) Posted: I read the SGX filing.
