You have a Oct 15 dead line set and buyers (if any) know that they can talk directly to the bank after this date. Do you think that there will be bidder? In property auction sales, do you want to talk to the owner or bank? which one is likely to give you a better deal?

Yes bank only want their money + interest back. Even if you can sell higher they also cannot claim so no point for them to fight for higher sales price.

Bank always think along this line:- Jolly well, just pay me back the full sum plus interest, whether you can sell above the book value or not , is your problem. Guess all the dates might be set by the bank, they LAN LAN suck thumb and accept all the dates.
