Friends, There will always be disparity between share value and share price. Based on the accounts the company is fundamentally sound. Added to this we have an ex minister as indpendent direcctor. This is one of the plus point we have to take into conisderation as fas as corporate governance issues are concerned. I am not implying that there are syndicates pushing down the shares. As you are aware, synidcate trades among among themselves. They can push down or up without any financical losses except for brokerage fees. The downturn of the shares could be due to investor' s fatigue. All retail investors are excited about oceanus exit from watchlist. They are just plain tired. Also fear of the unknown creeps in after such a long wait. Therefor savvy punters played on the emotional fear. Assuming they push it down further, it will increase the fear of the retail investors, they will be rushing to unload. I suggest retail investors, do your sum. 1) Based on the criterias set by SGS, do you tink oceanus qualified. IF so, dont worry. 2) Do you think the profi potential is go, if so dont worry. Dont let the votality of the price affects your judgements. 3) If you are a long term investor, you must make a point to attend annual general meeting to address your concerns. |
