 Alert Admin 		Reits : Since 9th July

Fraser Log & Com Trust is the star performer(+2.68%) in the lastest week ending 16th July.
Among the higher yielding reits, Ascendas did 2nd best with 1.66% gains, while
ParkwayLife continue to be the star performaner among the lower yielding reits.
Keppel DC the worse performer this year is cathing up for the 2nd consecutive weeks.

Aims Apac - 1.57 / 1.58 + 0.6%
Ascendas - 3.01 / 3.06 + 1.66%
FLCT - 1.49 / 1.53 + 2.68%
Keppel DC -  2.58 / 2.62+ 1.55%
Keppel Reits - 1.19 / 1.19 +-0 %
Mapletree Com - 2.19 / 2.15 - 1.82%
Mapletree Ind - 2.86 / 2.89 + 1.04%
Mapletree Log - 2.10 / 2.12 + 0.95%
ParkwayLife - 4.71 / 4.80 + 1.9%
Suntec Reits - 1.52 / 1.52 +- 0%

Below for reference.

9th July : Since 2nd July, what has developed in the past week on reits?
2nd July noon closed / lastest closed.

Not all this years top 3 performed the best in the last week still commendable
for Aim Apac and ParkwayLife reits to be gaining another 3.28% and 2.8% respectively.
Fraser Logistice however did exceptionlly well gaining another 4.19% making it to the 
2nd best performance last week.
Keppel DC the worse performer did best gaining 4.87%, still year to date is not great.
Mapletree Logistic didnt do too badly +3.4% for 3rd place last week.

All these comparison hopefully can help reits investor chose a right choice of reits after taking
consideration into dividends payout where Ascendas and FLCT are higher yielding reits.

I am happy with my only reits FLCT since my purchased in March this year, as it has been holding
its value very well though slow buy climbed steadily.

Aims Apac did best this year follow by ParkwayLife and Keppel Reits.

ParkwayLife did best since precovid high follow by FLCT and Mapletree Log.

Keppel DC is worse this year.

CICT worse overall follow by Suntec & Mapletree Com.

 Alert Admin 		Reference : 12 Jun, 17 Jun and 9th July

From 24cts to 18 cts and 9 cents gap between Riverstone and Top Glove on above dates respectively.

Today the gap is only 2 cents in favor of Riverstone(1.31), even added a 6 cents recent dividend payout by
Top glove (1.29), it will be 1.31 vs 1.35 respectively, mean it has narrowed further from 9th July 9 cents gap to
now 4 cents, therefore Riverstone has outperformed again by a further 5 cents since my last comparison.

 Alert Admin 		Short term I am guessing around there too, 1.57, longer term then possible at 1.64.
This one move slowly unless got strong fundamental news then can shoot otherwise a slow climb.

Upside objective around $3.10(height of green arrow-low of the head to the neckline)
and then project from the point of break out of neckline.

What is Inverse Head And Shoulders?



An inverse head and shoulders, also called a " head and shoulders bottom" , is  similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends. This pattern is identified when the  price action  of a security meets the following characteristics: the price falls to a  trough  and then rises the price falls below the former trough and then rises again finally, the price falls again but not as far as the second trough. Once the final trough is made, the price heads upward, toward the resistance found near the top of the previous troughs.
