x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thing to note: 1) change of name from Liongold to Shen Yao. This is to shed the past image. 2) Change in the Board of Directors. All China nationals besides Mr. Pang. It was Yao Li Lun who roped in Yao Liang into Liongold in 2019. There are also Goldmines in Africa. Exploration stage now.

From what I know, SY has no business operating in China. Their Gold mine in Ballarat is located in the state of Victoria, Australia. Their new gold site at Tarnagulla is also in the state of Victoria. As for their trading, hedge fund and investment business, their office is in Temasek Boulevard, Singapore.  In addition, they de-registered the company in Bermuda and re-register the company in Spore to comply with Spore' s regulation and their financial account is open to audit check. Please also note that they have also changed the auditor from a small firm to Ernst and Young(EY), one of the big 4 accounting firm in Spore. Being the big 4, EY has a reputation to protect, that is no hanky and panky business .
