So far as my observation goes, there are 2 groups of people here: 1. Voicing their own opinions about yuuzoo, be it for or against. 2. Yuuzoo' s crisis management team or staffs/freelancer employed by the crisis management team.

Thanks Blacksoda for finnaly some useful input!! I agree with you that most of the people on the Yuuzoo forum are just talkers and are acting on their own interest, maybe even that UK shortists are paying them a bit to do this... I can name many of them, with at least 5 aliases each that are doing this but I dont gentleman as I am. I just downloade SprinkleBit, looks supercool, thanks. | ||||

It' s intersting to follow the conversations about YZ on this forum. 95% of all posts are trying to root for their own interest be it go up or go down. Most " serious" posters are long gone. There is a unique app to take care of this, unforunately its not in any of the S' pore retail banks yet. Name is SprinkleBit and it combines the views of the members with what they actually trade. A facebook with traders if you wish. If this was available on SGX all of the " talkers" on Sharejunction would have to show if they really bought/sold the shares the so confidently comment about. Actually you can download the app and play on NYSE with 5000 $ sprinklebuck for free before you start using real money. One thing is sure stocks like YZ would get a fairer valuation because it would make life more difficult for the large UK based shorting-funds that are playing stocks on SGX. Try it it' s fun as well. | ||||

I have never seen anyone like yuuzoo on sgx in all my years of investing. 3 years in a row agm get delayed. 3 years in a row with 3 different auditors. Less than 3 years changed 6 CFOs and 1 FC just left.

Co is telling shareholders that this quarter results will be definitely changed when audit is completed. So these reported results cannot hold, then report for what? Showing profit with virtual non cash revenue again. Also means annual report still not ready. A big black hole.

Bravo to Yuuzoo, you managed a fantastic set of numbers again. Though revenue fell 58% you managed a fantastic EBITA of $13 million only down 8%. Solid numbers lah.
But wait a minute, who are your new franchisees? Tell us lah, from Timbaktu, Finland, Iceland, Alaska or perhaps North Korea? You only spend $248k per quarter for employee employee expenses? Alibaba, Amazon, Ebay must learn from you. You have big global operations and spend only 83k per month. Is the chairman paid $1 per year? How many employees do you have for your fast growing biusiness? All super multitasker or they get peanut salaries? Lots to learn from yuuzoo. Revenue recognition keep changing, is that why FC resign? When audited rrport ready? Yuuzoo once again promise better results ahead and agrreement to be signed soon. Well lets see next quarter. Chairman sell koyok again, say yuuzoo very very cheap, super singapore sale, less that 2 times PE and fantastic amount of $93 million of asset for sale. Promoting to us that this is going to be a no brainer buy call. |

I posted the following on 1 May in the previous thread which is now locked. Well the first part of the pattern is appearing again. Q1 out before ANnual report and as usual is " good" . He promised to prove the company' s franschiees worth by selling 1% of their worth. He said it will be done by mid 2016. Now coming to mid-2017. Total silent. 1% is already a low pecentage to sell but if he cannot even put up a good shows with 1%, what is to be expected from the market? Last year, Yuuzoo delay AGM and Annual report. Released a " good" set of Q1 results before releasing the Annual report. Price went up but when the Annual report comes with auditor opinions, it tanked. So far the pattern is consistent. If Q1 results come out first and it is " good" as usual, those vested better be careful.......be very careful. ******************************************************************************************************* |
