in 2 mths time dec investor question 2 becomes relevant and their answer is we are still negotiating haha so while deliberating slides 15 and 16 gives an idea what is happening as the company drag their feet

in any case, why are there no concrete plans for AEI (asset enhancement initiatives) ? is there a turn around plan or is it chapter 11 soon ?

this US office reit management has wasted multiple opportunities at raising funds when the share price was still above 70 cents it could have engaged in stock married deals to financial institutions (equity for cash/loans) for immediate debt rollover/repayment to keep the music going it should have conducted share buybacks for a show of confidence and to reduce its tax commitments --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the CFO and fund manager must be sacked immediately, they are complete amateurs in the reits business.
