Vallianz receivables are ballooning up just like Swiber.  If customers cannot pay up, Vallianz can also " hold" the payable to its SPV.  The leaner BS also allows them to borrow more.  So all this really means one thing, they are getting into cashflow problem soon if they don' t come up with some " creative" FE to get around the cash problem.  Unfortauntely, this sugget their underlying business is not as rosy as one might thought. It might follow Swiber footstep...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If holding for long-term (at least 2 or more years) then agree a turnaround in oil market (not saying need rise to $100 but have a definitive upward trend with long-term fundamentals such as no glut etc) and the overall markets stable, then this counter likely to get legs. To expect it to get to 6c or more in next few months is perhaps more hope than reality. Market sentiment just very toxic on anything related to oil. Even with strong contract wins nothing likely to move share price of these counters. If not vested then likely can be patient at moment as more downside pressure then upside so price likely still going down - even to its lows of 3.9c - so likely be able to pick it up cheaper than present - though may have to wait a while before getting any serious return. Just a case of being patient and waiting. Does have its issues but does have some solid points so worth a gamble but just need to be patient and wait. If looking for quick return best look elsewhere.
