There is no Mr Shen in the top management board. If cannot get the name correct, one can imagine your depth of research in other areas regarding this company. In his testimony to congress yesterday,  FED Chairman, Powell said it would be a mistake for FED to act prematurely to combat inflation.  This means that Federal Reserve will continue its current policy with continued monthly purchase of US debt and keep interest rate between zero and 25 basic points(0.25%) What this mean to gold is that with low interest rate and bond yield, gold has been given the green light to go up further. Gold is now trading at 1829.5 in Asia market. This money did not go into his pocket, the utilisation of this proceed was announced just a few days ago Unless otherwise proven, an apology is the right thing to do
