"you are in no position as ONLY A TA TRADER/SPECULATOR to judge if Spackman Entertainment Group ' s IR nature of job scope" - this is an open forum, if you don't like what you read run along and get a life. IR job includes calming the market, Jasmine is doing a terrible job on this, look at the share price, do we even need to discuss? How many times did you see spackman holding roadshows/ invite analyst meet up other than RHB? "Spackman themselves have credible news which have understated them as a company with sound cashflow" - erm... How is negative operating cash flow (4 out of 5 years) sound? How is multiple years of lost making ( other than last year) a quality company? Look at retained earnings, it's wayyyyyyy at the negative region. "added proper Research analyst reports on them from 2014 to 2018"- erm, if you think RHB is "proper research analyst" I think it speaks volumes. You know what? I really don't wanna talk bad about a counter I have position in, but I think you need to brush up your FA before engaging in a debate. I am vested based on a bet - the success of the upcoming movie and the potential spin off to some random Chinese company for propaganda purpose. But that does not mean it is a well run company. You believing that acquiring relatively unknown companies at 8x NTA says alot. But don't come here and try to educate me if I have basic investment knowledge. Valuation of share prices aint just dependable on just IR or CFO etc. Spackman themselves have credible news which have understated them as a company with sound cashflow, added proper Research analyst reports on them from 2014 to 2018. You can save your critics to yourself in the cabinet even if you are speculating on other SGX counters because what everybody is looking forward is positivity. This Jasmine only keep posting on their website only lei.. actually the major shareholder is spackman entities, which is some random group of people... Management of comapny is always by management la... Not by shareholder la... Just that shareholder can bang table and talk louder once a year (which is missing that's why they can do whatever they want) But then again, I'm a trader/speculator. I don't think spackman is a quality comapny, I just think the TA seems to suggest the SP may be moving up ... Someone or some group of people are calling the shots and the decisions have so far being share price unfriendly.

But we have a strange situation of the apparent absence of controlling shareholders and a CEO designated as interim. Someone or some group of people are calling the shots and the decisions have so far being share price unfriendly.

One wonders how decisions are made with regard to the share swaps. Those swapped entities need to contribute to the bottom line.  If the share price was undervalued at 7 over cents, then the interim CEO and the company should buy more of the shares, and not keep on swapping till the value diminished all the way.

My point is, do anyone of u think that ppl buy spacky because it is a quality company (DBS or Jardin?) Of course not right? So why need to analyst FCF la, Operating CF la... The whole point in buying spacky is to speculate, and therefore the tight sl and based on TA. If TA prove U-turn, then SL lor, it's normal trading activities, no emotion involved one lei. What's the point of repeating the same old story on it's fundamental again and again, I doubt if there's anyone who doesn't know it. Rather, look at opportunity, the new movie is launching.. and price action seems to suggest someone is positive about it. Isn't these what you should bet on (or against) when u buy spacky now? After that small volume selling and price keep go down. The cycle repeat and repeat again. Yet people still want believe and go into the management's trap
