x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Normally, i think when it soar 30% to 50%, i will sell half so i can use that to buy other stock i like without coming out so much resource to do so,, and if a stock can rise so fast,, it is likley to correct though sometimes it would not,, but i do not mind so long i put that money to work elsewhere andnot in yr bank account shd be fine.. well if u got resource , then u may buy the dip instead,, u profit too when the stock eventually rise,, so buy the dip or sell half and put on another potential stock, or u may do nothing ,, just stay long,,as FA wise there is no change. So do please stay firmly inside the SQUARE,, dont ever get out... buy some super glue and glue your backside at the center of SQ..,,....continue to buy the dip.. it is gg to be 500 times bigger than Marina Square,  funny,, always remind me of my favourite shopping mall..and that is just SQ,, we have more stock like SQ, if u care to recall.. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In fact .. this correction is good over all..,, why??? u see,, most stock are less than 10% away from their high when nasdaq was at 12000.. now we are at 10900.. imagine if we go back to 12000,,stock prices are gg to be much much higher than it was at 12000..  can u see the whole picture, so are u still bearish??? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	In fact,, this correction is not bearish for most of the counters ,, since the correction started,, nasdaq have go lower, but most stock that go down with it have in fact edge higher with nasdaq still gg down if u care to see the chart..for one month chart,,, those are the counter i love to buy more,, stock like CRWD      PINS      SE    and many more,,.  https://sg.finance.yahoo.com/quote/PINS?p=PINS& .tsrc=fin-srch u click on the " 1M" in the chart,, u can see very clearly,, since 4th SEPT..edge up,, with nasdaq gg lower.. what does all this means???  this means mkt are buying cheap and slowly,, and it is bullish over all...,, not bearish,, pls go and check up on all the stock i share at this thread,,,using the chart.,,and u will see the different..

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	At time like this,, we shd not let mkt correction influence other part of your life,, like right now for example,,i am suppose to go for a run,, but mkt down and i am down 10%.. i feel sour and sad so no mood to run,, and worse our mood cause us to quarrel or scold our kid and loved ones unnecessarily,, this is stupid,, we must know this is just temporary and soon will be over, so dont let correction cause u extra family problem later.,, we must draw line,, so the saying go,, there is a time for everything under heaven,, time to go exe u go,, time to sleep u sleep,, dont let one part cause other to go bad as well,,, we must know where to draw line..we are looking 3 to 5 yrs not 3 days nor 3 weeks or months.. so if u want to lose your temper on yr loved one,, u can wait 3 to 5 yrs later,,,  most likely u will end up loved them more,, why??? because TSLA will be 7000 and SQ will 800,,, and you can bring them go holiday. real holiday to Europe or whatever places,,,not like my holiday...LOL we will recover,,

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This is site where u can find all abt the company or stock under the sun,,, explore this site,, it got the latest news,, earning and FA and etc,,  https://seekingalpha.com/ If a stock go down 20% , we have to see whether it is the general mkt under going a correction like right now we are having or the earning is bad or fundamental wise it have become bad,, If FA no change we shd not sell,, like the current correction some of them have gone down more than 20% but have recently recover up some 10% over,, os FA not change,, u either buy the dip or do nothing,, follow value investing and not trade to avoid mssing the wave up.. Hope i share , u can always ask more if i have miss something u are looking for.. As to future tg price,, well we assume that the company continune to perform as it have in the past 5 years ,.. and project it into the next 3 to 5 years out,, not base on TA. as to how much fund to allocate , this is tough,, for me i use to sell half if a stock gone up some 30% or more.., and then use that so buy other stock or use that to buy back same counter cheap later but u shd not buy one lump sum because of FOMO,, buy slowly is still the best strategy,, break into 3 buys for the amount u want to vest in the stock.. buy 1/3.. then wait for it to correct, some 10% to 20% before u buy another 1/3 and same to the last buy,, ditto if the stock go up..every 10% to 20% up,, u buy. And last,, u shd not panic and sell all in any situation,,sellig en mass and buying en mass is not value investing,, it is fool errand trying to time the market,,this always fail badly. How do you come up with a TP for a company a few years down the road? What kind of figures do you use to come up with the TP? According to Vic, you should assess whether to sell when a long term stock under your holdings drops below 20%. What information should you look for to determine your decision? How much % of funds would you allocate to buying dips over time? Looking for a rough gauge Vic has recommended stocks, how do I know which one should I prioritise first?
