Whether it simply guilt by association or if there is something truly wrong with Vallianz is a question at this point. The decline today is obviously more to do with Swiber going belly up than Vallianz suddenly having a big illness. But moving forward the question is whether Vallianz management - now that cord is cut - quickly learns from mistakes of Swiber and takes affirmative action to steer the ship in right direction, or if they follow old policies blindly and go over the edge. If you think the above is nonsense, pls think carefully what it is trying to tell you. It is already happening.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Swiber and its subs were source of revenue for Vallianz...particularly the ship management services...so it going to put a hole in revenue...and Swiber owes them a large pool of trade receiveables so may as well write that off...so that some start of troubles..only going drive things down...key will be if can stand on own two feet now rope of major shareholder cut...
