If you use Ichimuku indicator, the clouds is Super Thick all the way till end of this year. I wonder how the price could really go up? As said before, you cannot fight the institutions - they have the muscles even though RSI is now grossly oversold for weeks.

These range from industry players abandoning projects and plunging earnings to over-bullish assumptions about public subsidies for funding energy transition projects. For years, the former Sembcorp Marine S51 -0.91% was a key player in building oil rigs. Under new CEO Chris Ong, Seatrium, which includes former rival Keppel?s offshore unit, ventured beyond fossil fuel to energy transition projects, which now account for 40% of its $17.7 billion order book. In its 3QFY2023 ended September business update on Nov 8, Ong maintains that much of the negative news was related to the development of wind energy along the US East Coast that started about two years ago. Might as well kitchen sink 2023 to take into account the one-off transaction costs from the merger, make all the necessary impairments (cash & non cash) and start 2024 on a new slate. The company can come off a low base with the gradual recognition of $17+bn order book over next few years (hopefully more new wins with P84/85 and others per their presentation deck at MS summit today and tomorrow. Lets not forget that market is always forward looking so loss-making 2023 is already in the rearview mirror. Question is what' s next for Seatrium in 2024 so the outcomes from the strategic review and the capital markets day for their mid-term strategy will be key to watch out for
