I don' t see anything wrong with this, it is actually a very clever move because the company needs the capital to expand into other businesses (Hedge fund, trading and investment). You need money to do all these. Mr Yao by his connection got a well known investor to take a 10% stake and JMP invested $10 million and JMP was issued with 3.3 billion shares at $0.003. Remember, there is no guarantee that the price can remain at $0.007, as in all trading, the price can go up and down. If JMP is not in as a long term partner, he would have sold the shares for a good profit or taken the 10% interest. For me, I see this as a very clever move by SY to get $10 million as a capital for other businesses without incurring any debt and without paying a cent interest. For the options to their key staff, they got $7 million also without any debt and without interest
Both actions are good for the company, where on earth can you find anyone with such a brain to come out with such a great plan to get the much needed capital and yet without incurring any debt or having to pay a cent in interest. To me, all these actions are in the interest of the shareholders. So how can you consider this as wrong- doings

Good Morning 888,As I have mentioned Shen Yao is a good company if under a crook for example 10 millions bond to Dr JMP for 10% interest or can change into share at 0.003 now the market is 0.007.See hpw wise and smart is this people (THINK CAREFULLY IT IS JUST AN ADVICE IT YOUR MONEY NOT MINE) 10% interest in this situation also can convert into share at 0.003.

You did mentioned that he is a crook(which I highlighted) and tell people to be careful. Maybe, you can be more specific, and tell us what is wrong with this company. If you can come up with one good valid reason, I am sure many of the shareholders here including myself will sell our shares on Monday. Your advice is very much appreciated. "

Sorry Bro 888,Shen Yao is a good company and the chart also looked good.As I have mentioned " Dont Judge The Book By It Cover" ,And Dr JMP who is he do you know him very well? I dont misled the shareholders who buy the share it is only an advice just be careful, but I have go thru all your plateform telling alot of wonderful things about Shen Yao,I dont mentioned is a crook,just be cautious only.Just to help our follow members not mistreat by the Chinese man.Thank you no heart feeling.Eg: See Leader Environment the Dr also came out alot of money to save the rights at 10 cents market now only 0.078.It can buy from the market so cheap,better think it is got logic why came out 10 cents and the market is now 0.078. This is also one of the Smart China Man.

Good morning 51 I had seen him once in an EGM, but I am not related to him. My impression of him is a presentable young and handsome man, of fair complexion about 6 foot tall, very humble and really with his look, he can be an actor. In the meeting, he spoke in Mandarin. Because of your bad experience with some Chinese stocks, I can understand where you are coming from. But, this is all in the past, please don' t harbour any more hatre, let it go and you will be a lot happier. Allow me to share the following: So far, Mr Yao has not asked the existing shareholders for a cent nor has Mr Yao sold a single share even though the share price has gone up by six times. By branding him a crook without any proof or evidence of his wrong doings is very unfair to him and seriously, ths is also an insult to all the existing shareholders, this is as good as implying that the existing shareholders are a fool to buy this stock. Mr Yao does not deserve to be called a crook. Remember, he paid off $23 million in debt to keep the company a float and he even get JMP to invest $10 million in this company. Please note that Dr JMP by all his credential is not a fool to invest $10 million into this company. Mr Yao also get the much needed capital for the other businesses by issuing options(which can be converted to share) to his key management staff. If there is any sign that he is a crook, he would have get money from the existing shareholders by calling for a right issue. Please note all this money did not go into Mr Yao' s pocket, the utilisation of the proceed was announced just a few days ago. $4.7 million of this proceed go to expand mining operations and this tell us indirectly that they are going to start mining at the new Tarnagulla gold site. What I stated above are all the facts, I didn' t make up any of what were stated above. We are born with a mouth, use it to say good, and good will come to you. To be successful, your mindset must be positive.

Haha. I am asking those who are waiting to throw at 7 - Are they ready to regret for selling soon? Based on analysis, about 100mil at ask side seems to be retail sellers waiting to dump because they can' t afford to wait liao, or that they just want to earn kopi money and run first.

For those big boys who want to collect a big number of shares in the billions, I would say that you will be disappointed because the number of free float is limited, the most about 5 billion shares available and most of these have been taken by their khakis.
Collecting in the millions is possible because those small holders will sell if the price is right.

Look ahead, SY will be a billionair dollar company. There is no doubt about it if you have the foresight to see far. I hope to live long enough to see it happen, all their businesses are all in the money business. To make money, you have to be where the money is and I cannot emphasis enough on this mantra. This is true if you are in the financial market long enough Cannot imagine being able to be a shareholder in a hedge fund, trading, investment and gold producer for less than a cent. Don' t think you can find it anywhere, but it won' t be long(that you can get for less than a cent) before people realise its value.
