If they are really worth so much then why raise money by selling Yuuzoo shares to GEM at a discount to market? Why not sell franchisee shares at a premium??? Your guess is as good as mine. The auditor 2015 gave no opinion and don't want to continue . Lets see what the new auditor for 2016 says. If they say value of asset for sale worth $90 million, this stock will Cheong. I will rely on audit report to decide whether to load up or not. Yes, perhaps this can carry on indefinitely sinking further into a black hole by consistently reducing shareholder value indefinitely with never ending more and more shares issued and flooding the market until finally it can find no more funding sources through equity and the music is forced to stop somehow.

Use your brain, the major shareholder, Mr Thomas sold 35 million shares at 14.3 cent, did he buy back now when the share price is below 7 cent ? I' ve bought many today. You have to judge yourself. I forsee at least two weeks gain period.

But you should share more on why you are so positive instead of acting like a clairvoyant saying you forsee 2 weeks gain without reason. If I share you view I will be the first to buy. Who don't want to make money? You say cash improve, yes but cash flow is Negative and that is not improvement. The cash comes from diluting shareholders equity and giving away at a discount to market. I am waiting to see what conservative reporting means. To me it means very big write off coming. Why change from Aggressive to "Conservative". This must be explained. Maybe you know that we don't . Please share so that we can help to long the counter. Forumers here are seasoned investors who understand the market. They can decipher good and bad news. They don't just buy or sell when someone says so.
