x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You' ll really missed the point of the announcement.  Can tell it was make confusing intentional becos so many of us cannot understand what it is trying to say.  The coy doesn' t want the market to know.  Only insiders have to privilage to know. Also when a coy retort to financial engineering there ia a good chance that the underlying business is in a mess.  FE is ok.  But so many coy uses FE to make bad things looks good.  Becos Vallianz setup a SPV to hold their asset which under current market condition will be worth a whole lot less, I don' t find its prospect promising from an investment angle.
