x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	EXTENSION OF TIME FOR DESPATCH OF THE IFA AND OFFEREE CIRCULAR As stated in the Response to Revision Announcement, the Company had made an application to the Securities Industry Council (the SIC) for an extension of time for the circular containing, inter alia (among other thing), the advice of the IFA and the recommendation of the Independent Directors in respect of the Offer to be despatched.
