Jubilee is paying S$8.4 Million for EG with revenue of S$300 Million WE Components only have $72 million revenue So How much will Jubilee Pay for WE Components ?

WE holding paid S$14 Million to acquire 24.9% of Jubilee and then Jubilee paid S$8.4 Million to acquire 26% of EG Industries...and Of course Jubilee is going to pay an undisclosed sum to acquire WE susidiary Components... " technically" Jubilee is not coughing out any $ for the acquisition... As for resignation of executive directors...It is also changing of Mr Toh from Jubilee to WE...This is not in-fighting as though it was viewed...Mr Toh will still remain substantial controlling shareholding (From Jubilee and now to WE which will still control Jubilee...) Good or bad news, you figure out yourself...

See announcement on 27 May: On 14 February 2014, the Company had announced that it will be reallocating S$2 million of the Rights Issue Net Proceeds intended for the funding of the Proposed New Business for general working capital purposes, thereby reducing the balance allocation for funding of the Proposed New Business from S$6.74 million to S$4.74 million. As at the date of this Announcement, the Rights Issue Net Proceeds have been utilised as follows: Use of Rights Issue Net Proceeds Amount Utilised (S$&rsquo million) Balance Amount (S$&rsquo million) Funding of the Proposed New Business 0.20 4.74 General working capital 5.74 - Pursuant to the Placement Announcement, the Company had intended to utilise the net proceeds from the FY2013 Placement of approximately S$8 million (&ldquo Placement Net Proceeds&rdquo ) to fund the proposed acquisition by the Company of such number of shares representing 20% shareholding interest in Dragon Cement Co., Ltd. (&ldquo Dragon Cement Acquisition&rdquo ). As at the date of this Announcement, the Placement Net Proceeds have not been utilised. In view of the Proposed Acquisition, and having considered that: (a) the Company has no immediate use for the originally intended purpose of funding the Proposed New Business and (b) the payment for the Dragon Cement Acquisition not yet being due as the definitive agreement relating thereto has not been entered into between the parties, the Board wishes to update shareholders that the Company has reallocated an aggregate of S$12.74 million of the Rights Issue Net Proceeds and the Placement Net Proceeds towards the settlement of the Toh Cash Consideration, the Additional Toh Cash Consideration and the SCE Cash Consideration. |

Yes - I used to believe in them too. But to-date, dunno what is happening. They use Myanmar story to raise funds, placements etc., then delay and delay .... after that they say Myanmar business still no conclusion - use the funds proceed to do other things first (buy Jubilee if I' m not mistaken). ... KNN like that also can... Please brothers & sisters - DYODD. All those still holding - sincerely hope I' m damn wrong ... |
