x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Most of us here correctly valued Dyna-Mac at between $0.70-$0.80. I was expecting the offer to go beyond $0.70 to accept. For HW to take control of a strong company like Dyna-Mac paying only $0.67 is a steal. In a competitive environment, one should be paying close to $0.80 cents for the control of the company. Anyway, it is still a week and a bit till 6 Nov. I will wait out till then. Good Luck
