Same with futures...eg oil..you can buy it at a faction of the oil price...aquestoion..why not buy oil at the oil price...the answer is similar to buying warrants....the is call leverage...u pay for this privilege.. This 23 cents can buy u 3 warranted at that time..so you will have 3.2 wRrents ...at around 12.81 wàrrent price you have broke even a few days ago..off course this is estimated at theoretical prices without brokerages.
