I opine that PE is the best gauge. It is very important to know what is the average PE for the same industry in HK. Earning is a key and not NAV/NTA. What is the PE for Sunningdale now. | ||||

The board consist of heavy weight folks....led by Mr Koh Boon Hwee (who is reputable in both the private and public organisations in Singapore). Important thing here is SUNNINGDALE is a good business run by good management team...all the best to those vested. |
