If the CEO had held on to the warrants, he would need to declare the sale of warrants. The above was highlighted by fellow member here (and thank you once again), and I did some checks then and above understanding is correct. And bulk of the shareholders are faced with dilemma : sell and make immediate profit or hold until 3 yrs later and consider converting. Of course if ,like you say , there is a vibrant market for warrants it will make a big impact as it gives everyone a chance to trade the company with lesser monies. But after all the numerous rip-off warrants that just sucked the juice out of genuine investors , people here generally avoid trading in warrants. Warrant should have some premium if u have trade in other country. Only Singapore not much ppl trade warrant, so far, the best warrant is Thomson medical, nav is less than 10 cent. Warrant still got premium. This counter NAV is 36cent.

Read their report closely and see what future plans they have and plans once warrants are converted and new funds are injected. If you see the plans, let us know hor.
