As the largest Stapled Securityholder, the Sponsor' s interests are aligned with those of Stapled Securityholders. If you are the owner of this company, you are throwing away something you builidng to grow. then what the point right? Hence, if Ascendas is ready to dispose-off ALL the units when  a worthy offer comes along, the AH Trust will sell-away all her units.
