But perhaps this also presents an easy solution. Just get someone with just US20-25 m to take a stake. This will alow them to continure operations and when the rain stops, gets back into profit and cash generation again. In USA they would have been sued by retailers for Not exercising standard of care as directors. Singapore has weak retailer voice. Sgx has too many monkey listcos. All waiting be for things to happen. Sgx is a huge circus.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ABILITY TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN - TRADING SUSPENSION  @28-June-2017 11:34pm 1) Resources Prima announced main operating subsidiary, PT Rinjani Kartanegara (&ldquo Rinjani&rdquo ), has no certainty of its sources and sufficiency of revenue. 2) The forecasted negative financial results of Rinjani for the three-month period to 30 June 2017 as a result of continued above average rainfall and related dewatering issues causing a further reduction in coal production, coal sales quantities, coal sales revenue and cashflows after taking into account the following:- a. Rinjani inability  to pay its waste mining contractor PT Cipta Kridatama (" CK" ) costs US$15.1m on time by 22 June 2017. b. Cessation of waste mining operations by CK at Rinjani&rsquo s mine site with effect from 23 June 2017 and, consequently, the cessation of all coal production from Rinjani.  c. Rinjani  inability  to pay  US$5.0 million in corporate taxes based on the completion of Rinjani&rsquo s 2013 corporate tax audit. 3) Resources Prima is urgently seeking to address the above matters, and is currently unable to demonstrate that it is able to continue as a going concern or reasonably assess its financial position and inform the market accordingly.      4) In the best interests of the Company, the trading halt of the Company&rsquo s shares  will  be converted to a trading suspension with immediate effect.  Trading Halt @23-June-2017 Last Done  Price $0.026
