today officially off watchlist: The Board wishes to clarify that the Company has received in-principle approval from the SGX-ST for the removal of the Company from the Watch-List with effect from Wednesday, 3 May 2017 and not Tuesday, 2 May 2017. |

No. I think rights issue is coming. I will wait for the rights issue and subscribe. I know the price may move higher resulting in hihger rights price but I think my current holding already quite substantial. I can decide what to do when the rights issue is announced. So far the company is moving toward the right direction. They have started to make profit and sgx approved the removal from watchlist. For this stock, I prepared to have the fund lock up for prolonged period (maybe up to 3 years or longer) as I believe it need some time to turn around. I find their proposed trading business exciting. Hopefully they will buy the factoring company in China as planned and tie up with Emerald soon for the trading business.

Appear to have hit the bottom at 0.015. Following the earning on latest FY, company will be out of SGX watchlist wef 2.5.17. The rights issue would be resurrected since the company is no longer on watchlist. With the lower shareprice, the rights issue price may be corresponding lower. The transformation of the company is continuing and with the background of the chairman and his wide business contacts, I am positive overall. I will tread carefully and not over commit but I am ready to wait 2 to 3 years. This is turnaround play for me. Downside limited but if transformation is successful, upside could be rewarding. Just be patient.

I am in with average price .022. Nothing concrete but could rise on the strength of parent company and future diversed businesses. Recycled the capital from Declout to here. i have in fact contra at .019 and sold .023 last month and managed to cover declout losses (a few k). I will be patient with forise.
