Healthway Medical Corporation
On June 3, Healthway Medical Corporation executive director and deputy CEO Abram Melkyzedeck Suhardiman acquired 26,739,200 shares of the Catalist-listed company for a consideration of S$831,488.
At an average price of 3.1 cents per share, the married deal increased his direct interest in Healthway Medical from 0.93 per cent to 1.52 per cent.
Mr Suhardiman is responsible for overseeing the group' s operations and corporate support functions including finance, legal, marketing, human resources, corporate communications and information technology divisions, and assisting the CEO in strategic planning and managing all aspects of the company and the group' s business.

The married deal of 26,739,200 shares amount to S$831,487.69 (excluding brokerage anf stamp duties). It was bought by Abram Melkyzedeck Suhardiman. Annual report shows that he is the Executive Director and Deputy CEO of the company. FY2020 annual report shows that his annual renumeration is below S$250,000. So the amount he paid for the 26,739,200 shares is more than 3 years of his salary. He seems very optimistic. Lol This share has not paid dividend for many years.

SGX announcement dated 26 April 2021, you can find Healthway response to query on the number of covid vaccination centres Healthway was given the contract and linked to the government website for details of the contract for covid vaccination and other contracts to other medical company. worth taking a look.

Attended the online Annual General Meeting earlier today. The chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Sim Boon Ann, is not a person you want to tangle with, even if you are a shareholder. Even though this is a public-listed company, he had expressly forbade recording of the AGM, deeming it to be a " private" event. If a shareholder had missed this event (the AGM), it' s over. That poor shareholder will just have to rely on the SGX releases after that. For my less than 1 cent worth of opinion, if a public-listed company wanted to attract positive interest from the investing public, this is definitely not the way to do it. To limit access to information will imply that there is something to hide. Not a very " " healthy" way to go, Healthway! | ||||

Don' t know how many CC healthway was contract to do the jab. But for govt contract usually don' t expect super profit margin but likely still have some profit as no company will operate with a loss. Govt is providing the vaccine and so it is likely that Healthway is only providing the labour and services.

I just bought 150000shares at 3pm plus and 4pm plus at 3.6 cents Then 3 more transaction followed. Very funny and interesting. Now buying and selling stop.🤣 I think people are hoping to sell at 3.6 cents. Lol |

I just went for my first dose of covid19 vaccination just now at the community centre. It was conducted by Healthway. I was wondering how this will contribute to the half yearly revenue and profit Healthway has done away with quarterly reporting. So the next half yearly reporting will likely be out in July or August 2021
