Parent will just absorb the company and all its cash into the bigger company and slowly all the cash would be offset for parents loss.  Unitl and unless they make a general offer or provide a catalyst this woudl be very range bound or even drift lower from here.

Most of the market is positioned for a strong lead-up to the February 26 earnings report.

What a rally it had, I now am diappointed a bit that I exiyed at 1.45. but it still gave a significant profit.  This can correct before earnings and that would be a good time to pick up again. The downside risk is that price of OIL is headed lower for next 12-24 months. So how much does that effect its performance has to be seen. They have been conservative with their  div. inorder to have cushion agsinst FX hedging risks.  I dont think with new mngt. this aproach will change. so if u r sitting on some fat profits on this one, book them, its a spledid opportunity.
