This counter should take-off ............... with good biz volume and fundamentals at least for the 1st half of 2018 ..... with or without any internal Management purchasing the stock. Of course with internal Management buying, the signal is obvious. |

In its 1Q17 results release in last Nov, Avi-Tech said that they have cash of $11m and bank borrowing of $0.8m. NAV stands at $0.2736 and dividend yield of 5.9%. Their CEO and founder Lim Eng Hong holds a 34.346% stake and his last purchase was for 137,000 shares at $0.28 on 5/1/2017. This morning the stock is up 1 cents to $0.315 and holding well. Looks good. |

For example, Page 5 of 2016 annual report: " We also remain open to initiatives such as synergistic and complementary investments, mergers and acquisitions and other types of business transactions that will value-add to our business and ultimately our shareholder returns."I rather they stay focused on its own core competencies, at least for now.

The last investment it did resulted in massive losses for 3 years. They now managed to climb out of the hole. Better dont anyhow invest or M& A.

I see potential in this stock. Firstly, ceo have been buying. Next, their burn in equipments will be in demand with the current focus on automotive and driveless car. Also, as long as management dont kuku go and shoot their own foot and invest in soemthing they no knowledge on like few yrs back. Just focus on the main business and they do fine. TP target of 50c in 2 yrs unless unforseen circumstances | ||||

I kena 30 cents before. Last time I bought up and then it reversed back to 27 cents. So I am fearful of this 30 cents blocker.
