URA already provided a provisional approval in Sep 2023. So techinically it is approved it is just reviewing of the actual plan of how it is going to be developed, how much more GFA can be gained from the redevelopment and how it will translate to financial bottom line for Singapore Land Group and UOL. Hence, i think it the announcement will be made during the upcoming financial results in Aug. Also, i think the redevelopment news has already been priced in, investors are waiting to see how the final plan will be. Hopefully, there will be a WOW factor to push up the price.
