Nordic mgt seems to have mastered the art of M& A and we may see  M& A for its System Integration biz too.   BUSINESS PROSPECTS During the year, the Group made great s t r ides to ent rench i ts leadership position in the markets it operates in by boosting the quality and range of its product and solutions. We have newly forged strategic  partnerships with original equipment manufacturers Praxis Automation Technology, from the Netherlands, and PSM Instrumentation Limited, from the United Kingdom, to offer our customers a more holistic and integrated suite of products and solutions. This will not only further extend the Group&rsquo s leading edge in its pursuit to clinch more contracts, but also allow us to compete for more complicated projects which carry significantly higher contract values. In line with this strategy, we will be on the lookout for a broader spectrum of products and solutions to add to our existing suite as well as other potential merger and acquisition (" M& A" ) targets that will quickly allow us to penetrate new markets. Once these services gain traction in the market, we will be able to attract more strategic partnerships which hopefully will have a positive impact on the Group&rsquo s results. The Group enjoys a stable base of growth within its System Integration and MRO & Trading business segments. It' s wholly owned multiheight has been generating highly stable income and acquiring Austin Energy would double this stable income stream. Combined profit of multiheight and Austin Energy would generate at least $12m per annum. Shareholders would enjoy a div of 1.2c per share while Nordic would retain $7m per annum to build war chest for future M& A further driving continuous growth. Outcome: Multibagger Gem

Have been waiting for price to pull back but buyers keep coming in and so have to do a bit of averaging up once in a while. Let' s see how it goes over next few weeks.... It looks like more  investors are aware of this potential multibagger: 1) Net profit growing at CAGR 30% over last 3 years. 2) Declared div of 0.5c for 2014, 100% up from 0,25 in 2013. Moving forward, mgt set a generous 40% div payout policy 3) Clear strategies for all  her 3 businesses, supported by strong mgt team and financial resources for execution. 4) Near term acquisition of Austin Energy providing high  synergy with another  subsidiary Multi-height, which could double its EPS for 2015, implying EPS of > 4c and therefore div of 1.6c (based on 40% payout policy) 5) Long term growth in both SI/MRO  and Precision Engr biz 6) Management begun to actively engage the investment community thru quarterly briefing.  Will try to attend the next one to eye ball the mgt team. Congrats to all who board this north bound train early.
