Agree with you but despite this, it seems like a non event for SATS as share price continues to slide down. Interesting acquisition and divestment announced in sequence over the weekend. Company is headed in the right direction in the long term, just need some patience for numbers to deliver. Stock continues to trade below the TERP price of $2.62 post issuance of rights so hopefully this is where bargain is and buyers will start coming in

Tembusu buys 1.15 mil shares in SATS, bringing stake up to 40.06%
Tembusu Capital purchased another 1,150,800 shares in SATS S58 via the market on Feb 6.
The fund manager, already a substantial shareholder in SATS, paid a total of $3.28 million or $2.8485 per share.
Following the purchase, Tembusu&rsquo s stake in SATS is now at 40.06% from 39.99% previously, according to a filing on Feb 13.
