x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	I think fund is exiting. Also, some people may be taking a calculated risk to sell thinking there will be no news to support the share price. In any case, I think bt sembawang should be re-rated as the risks it face is less than previously. What's more, it is the only developer of new greenfield landed houses. I don't think the prices will fall much below 5 unless people are panicked by the selling. Longists will look to buy more at bargain prices.
