The huge loans vs poor cash flow from the information given by the activist open letter implies that this company is close to bankrupt and shareholders will not be left with anything upon liquidation .
in other words NAV is close to zero.
company needs to be overhauled and cleaned up immediately if there is still a chance to survive .

I also feel that they had made decisions that were detrimental to the interest of minority shareholders. I did not see the independent directors challenging the executive directors' decisions that directly harmed the minority shareholders.

It is with great sadness and distress that I am appealing to the independent directors to stand up for Asiatic' s minority shareholders to protect our money which we entrusted to the board of directors. I no longer see the executive directors' pursuits are aligned with minority shareholders' interest. I appeal to the independent directors for your help.

The latest info on its website ended in Nov 14, it appears that this company had difficulty to update its website, no sure whether it is due to money issue.
